Every piece of feedback.
Every pattern.
One clear picture.
Your feedback lives in six places.
FeedLens reads all of them.
Product teams today drown in feedback scattered across App Store reviews, Intercom tickets, Zendesk queues, Slack threads, and customer interviews. FeedLens connects to every channel and unifies the signal automatically — no tagging, no spreadsheet juggling, no analyst required.
App Store & Play Store
Pulls your iOS and Android reviews automatically. Flags recurring complaints before they tank your rating.
Support tickets
Reads Intercom, Zendesk, and Freshdesk in real time. Turns your highest-volume complaints into tracked themes.
User interviews
Paste in transcripts or connect your Notion research notes. FeedLens extracts the patterns your team spotted — and the ones you missed.
From raw feedback to your next sprint decision.
Three phases, fully automated. You review priorities — FeedLens does the rest.

Authorise FeedLens to read your App Store listing, Intercom workspace, or Zendesk account. Paste in interview transcripts. From that point FeedLens watches continuously — no exports, no CSV uploads, no manual work.
AI groups the patterns for you
FeedLens reads every piece of incoming feedback and automatically groups it into recurring themes — "Onboarding confusion," "Search not working," "Export request." No manual tagging. Themes sharpen as more feedback arrives.
Your next action, already sorted
Each theme gets a priority score based on mention frequency, trend direction, and source type — interviews weighted differently from casual reviews. Your Insights Dashboard shows what to fix first, with the user quotes that back it up.
The product you will actually use.
Three views. Every one built for speed — not for analysts with a week to spare.
The onboarding flow is really confusing — I had no idea where to start after signup. Took me 20 minutes to find the import button.
Hi, search is completely broken for us — typing anything just returns no results, even for items I know exist.
We really need CSV export. Our finance team needs to pull numbers into their own reports and right now we have to do it manually.
Signal, not noise.
Priorities, not piles.
Small product teams do not need a research ops platform. They need to know what users are complaining about today, what is getting worse, and what to put in the next sprint. FeedLens was built for that problem, not the enterprise one.
One plan. Everything included.
FeedLens is built for small teams, so the pricing is simple. No per-seat complexity. No enterprise tier you need to call sales for.

How is FeedLens different from just tagging tickets in Intercom?
Manual tagging in Intercom only works for what you already know to look for. FeedLens reads across all your channels simultaneously and surfaces patterns you had no idea existed — feedback that arrives in dribs across App Store, Zendesk, and interview transcripts that no one person would ever connect. It also runs continuously, so you see trends in real time rather than in a retrospective.
We already use Dovetail for research. Is this for the same job?
Dovetail is built for research teams who want deep qualitative analysis across structured projects. FeedLens is for the product team that needs to know right now what the loudest user complaints are — across every channel, not just the interviews your research team ran last quarter. Think of it as always-on signal for the PM's backlog, not a qualitative research repository.
How accurate is the AI clustering?
Accuracy improves as more feedback arrives. In early use, themes are broader — 'onboarding issues' rather than 'can't find the import button.' As FeedLens reads more feedback, themes sharpen. You can also rename and merge themes manually. We are transparent about confidence: newly created themes with fewer than five mentions are flagged as tentative.
Can we connect all our sources on day one?
Yes. FeedLens connects to App Store, Google Play, Intercom, Zendesk, and Freshdesk via OAuth — five minutes per integration. For interview transcripts, you paste text directly or link a Notion page. There is no data migration required; FeedLens starts reading from the moment you connect.
Is our customer feedback data kept private?
Your feedback data is stored separately per account and never used to train models shared with other customers. Connections use read-only OAuth scopes where possible — FeedLens reads your ticket content but cannot close tickets, send replies, or modify any data in your connected tools.
Your backlog is full of answers.
FeedLens finds them.
Stop reading every ticket yourself. Connect your channels, let FeedLens cluster the signal, and walk into your next sprint planning session already knowing what users need most.
